By using Home Reset you agree to these terms. The short version: this is a one-time digital purchase with a 30-day refund policy, it's a home-organization plan rather than professional advice, and we ask that you use it for your own household.

The product

Home Reset generates a personalized 30-day home organization plan from your quiz answers, delivered as a web page, printable pages and email. The optional Printable Kit and 90-day extension are digital products delivered the same way. Everything is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Refunds

If the plan isn't working for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms and no questions. Refunds are processed by Stripe, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.

What this isn't

Home Reset is a general home-organization program. It is not medical, psychological, financial or tax advice, and it isn't a substitute for professional help where that's needed. References to donation tax receipts are general information only — deductibility depends on your situation.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the plan and printables for your own household. Please don't resell, redistribute or republish them.

Liability

Use reasonable care when moving, lifting and discarding items. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
